As a certified executive coach, I serve as an experienced thought partner and confidential sounding board for successful leaders. My goal is to help leaders understand themselves, fully appreciate their strengths, and confidently set and achieve their goals.

As a leader, there is plenty of pressure to "have it all together.” Not in our conversations. Our conversations are a space where you can exhale and be your authentic self. You can explore, process out loud, and meander as you talk. The space we create is a calm, confidential respite from the chaos and stress outside.

With over 25 years in leadership and working with other leaders, I have experienced the challenges each stage of leadership brings. My clients come from a variety of industries, leadership positions, and countries. While their circumstances and specific challenges are different, there are some common themes. most of my clients:
